Washington, D.C. – The Randolph-Macon men's soccer team fell to Catholic 4-0 on Wednesday for its second loss of the season. Forwards Ruben Niamien (Fredericksburg, Va. / Chancellor) and Penny Senior (Kingston, Jamaica / Meadowbrook) led the way with two shots on goal and one shot on goal respectively for the Yellow Jackets.
Score: Catholic 4, Randolph-Macon 0
Location/Venue: Washington, D.C. / Carlini Field
Records: Catholic 4-1, Randolph-Macon 3-2
How it Happened:
The Yellow Jackets started the game on the front foot, drawing two saves early on from the Catholic keeper, one from Niamien and one from Senior. Minutes after Senior's early chance senior defender Manny Ament (Manassas, Va. / Hylton) put a header just wide of the post.
Catholic managed to grab a first half goal but the Jackets didn't let up and continued to apply the pressure with junior Olo Sembera (Lima, Peru / George Mason) having a shot blocked and sophomore Colton Howell (Glen Allen, Va. / Glen Allen) drawing another save from the keeper.
After a lengthy weather delay during halftime, the Cardinals scored a second goal early in the second half and would add two more throughout the half to make the final score 4-0.

Niamien, Sembera, and Howell all recorded two shots for the Yellow Jackets, each with at least one on goal.
