
LEXINGTON, Va. - The Randolph-Macon men's tennis team fell in its second affair of the Fall season Saturday, losing 9-0 on the road at Washington and Lee in the early afternoon.
Washington and Lee jumped out to the quick 3-0 lead after taking each of the three doubles points in the new format adopted this season. Lucas Dunlop and Max Hammock looked strong at No. 1 doubles for Randolph-Macon, but fell 8-6 to Eerb and Brady of Washington and Lee.
Dunlop looked good at No. 1 singles as well, but fell 6-2, 6-4. Hammock had the same result on the second singles court, just inverted at 6-4, 6-2. The Generals were able to complete the 9-0 sweep as the first two singles matches were the final two to finish in Lexington.
